（简称“S&G Company ”），主要员工由中国大型通信公司驻外离职员工和各国本地员工构成，基于历史长期海外的资源和对部分海外国家文化的理解，构建中国企业出海和部分海外国家信息技术的桥梁。

目前公司在埃塞俄比亚、坦桑尼亚、科特迪瓦、印尼、巴基斯坦等地均有人员和办公室，特别是埃塞俄比亚，公司长期拓展13年，团队在整个埃塞ICT领域有极高的知名度。

Based on the long-term overseas resources and understanding of the culture of some overseas countries, S&G Company builds a bridge between Chinese enterprises going overseas and information technology of some overseas countries.

       At present, the company has personnel and offices in Ethiopia, Tanzania, Cote d 'Ivoire, Indonesia, Pakistan and other places, especially Ethiopia. The company has been expanding for 13 years, and the team has a high reputation in the entire ICT field in Ethiopia.
